Job Description
Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
Working on leads & proactive follow-ups on leads, convincing and conversion.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Required Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must be active in the real estate domain.
2. Candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years experience in the ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐.
3. Must have their own conveyance.
