Ayuni Direct Realty started in 2006 on a foundation of integrity, service and commitment. Our founder, Rajeev Ranjan, saw Gurugram’s growth first-hand and set out to help families and investors build their real estate portfolios with clear, honest advice.
Through the dedication of our team we have become a preferred partner to India’s leading developers for high-value property advisory — across residential and commercial projects in Gurugram, Delhi NCR and beyond.

The name Ayuni comes from the founders’ two children — a daily reminder that every home we help find is a family’s future.
